Metallic Print

County Labels have more capability for printing metallic onto labels than any other printer in the UK . We are able to achieve incredibly fine detail using many metallic foils including Gold Silver colours and super diffuser. The Traditional methods of printing metallic foils would be using the Hotfoil blocking process which we still offer today for short run or very fine detail.

For longer runs with less detail we are now achieving stunning results using cold foil as the methods of process. This is done in line on a flexographic press, which substantially decreases the cost implication of including a metallic in your design. Many of our clients are now swapping from print gold or silver borders or detail to metallic, to give that extra premium feel without the cost.
