Full Colour Label Printing (4 colour process)

We offer high resolution full colour label printing using either water based inks and also UV inks. In some instances we choose to use a combination of water based and UV to get the best possible print clarity, particularly if one ink is to sit on another.

Our machines utilise fully interchangeable tooling with quick change ink/ print stations which allow us to keep a press running while we set up for the next job. The running schedule of our presses could be compared to that of Formula One racing cars, using a pit crew whose sole aim is to keep the press stop time to the absolute minimum.

This "racing car" approach allows us to change from one 4 colour process job to another including cutter change, 2 spot colour changes and material change in less than 12 minutes. This coupled with the fact that all our presses are capable of running at speeds in excess of 140 metres a minute means that we are able to offer some of the most competitive prices in the UK for printed labels.
